Detection purpose:

In order to test the flatness of the workpiece clamping, in order to process other holes, reduce the error of the machining position, the parallelism or the perpendicularity of the base surface, in order to reduce the scrap rate of the workpiece. The client used remote sensing electronic leak detector to meet the testing needs.

Requirements for testing fixture:

Testing requirements: the roughness of the contact surface of the base surface and the workpiece is very high. The contact surface finish of the workpiece is 3.2S-RZ, which is about 3 times as much as 0.8 of the processing smoothness we normally said, and the finish of the base surface of the fixture is more than 0.8, and the finish of the industry is 0.8PA.

Detection of pressure and leakage rate:

Using gas charge pressure, the gas leak detector is used to detect the change of the internal pressure of the product to achieve the detection of the surface and surface of the 0.8PA finish. The leakage rate of the air tightness leak detector is about the constant leakage rate, and the evenness is detected by the remote intelligence leak detector. We can detect it within two wire. A leak. The test is relatively stable. Our testing power in MITSUBISHI customers is a stable limit value.

Applications in the industry:

Mainly used in the processing center, the main application of the processing center for the product for the casting processing, only to ensure the accuracy of the hole position, reduce the scrap rate of the product. The unified feature of these products is that a machined surface must be smooth with a finish of more than 0.8PA.
